Executive Assistant Cum Project Manager

Are you the force that makes it happen? We are searching for an Executive Assistant cum Project Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for Providing administrative and programmatic support to the Managing Director’s office . You will also serve as a dedicated project manager, coordinating and ensuring seamless execution of key business initiatives. This involves proactive coordination among senior management team members, key client contacts and the board. You are required to be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional capable of operating with result orientation and effectiveness to drive both executive administrative functions and business deliverables.

What we are looking for

  • An individual with minimum of 5 years of experience in managing executive functions and competent in project management 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Self-driven, motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Strong aptitude, a commercial mind and intellectual ability to grasp concepts and information in business and the communication field.
  • Team player and able to fit in a professional services firm.
  • Strong work ethic, self-driven and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term, high quality, trusted relationships.
  • Plans, organizes and prioritizes work to be able to set and meet stretch targets and strict deadlines 
  • An individual with a growth mind-set.
